The American Dream

Without a doubt, most people have been hit very hard from the economy down fall. So many have lost their jobs and business due to the facts that everyone for the most part stopped spending at the same time. You hear allot about the big business that went bankrupt or failed, but not enough on the smaller business that was hurt in the process. Discouraged and dismayed from the News and other sources that only talked about all the failures and down slides of the market, many have stop trying to pursue what we used to call The American Dream. The American dream... What does that really mean. For us it is ones right of the pursuit of happiness and ability to be and work independent without regard to sex, race, or natural origin. It was that right and the pursuit of The American dream that made America great. It was that American dream that made small business into big business and big business into bigger business. And it all started with an Idea and the freedom to pursue the American Dream. A friend of mine when we talked about "The American Dream" Said to me that The American Dream has been replaced with Fear, Scams, Fraud, Restrictions, and Laws. He was right. Fear, Scams and Fraud dictates that restrictions and Laws be tougher, there-for limiting The American Dream to a flimsy cardboard box. There was a time when big business use to support smaller business, Now its more like Big business lobby for stiffer laws that cost lots of money that the big business have no problem paying but the smaller business find it very hard to keep up. there was a time when smaller business was placed in a lead of their own not having to compete with big business due to the law governing small business and fortune 500 companies, (Another term for big business) were different. Although they are not the same now the law has changed and now considers all business the same, leaving the big business to lead the way for which the big business purposely makes it harder for a smaller business to pursue The American Dream.

Now that I have given you my opinion about that let me give you more of my 2 cents by saying this.

The American Dream is not dead, Nor has it been replaced. It is alive and well. You might have to look very hard through the fog to see it, but it is there. We are going to prove to you that The American Dream is still there and with courage and commitment you can have happiness, you can have joy and you still have the right to pursue your dreams. Follow me as I pursue my dream of building my first ever Theme Park called Mayan Adventures park. You are invited to see how with dedications and commitment to The American Dream, we take an idea and turn it into reality.
